refine your ability to see what others miss, speak only what’s needed, and use tactile feedback with the kind of presence that transforms the room.

TEACHING WITH PRECISION

01

THE EYE

Learn how to see with more depth and clarity. In this section, we’ll explore how to scan the body efficiently, spot common compensations, and assess load tolerance just by watching movement. These simple-yet-powerful tools will train your eye to recognize what’s working—and what’s not—in any client, any class, any time.

02

THE CUE

Master the art of saying less, AND MAKING A BIGGER IMPACT. This section refines your verbal cueing so instructions land cleanly without overwhelming your client. You'll discover how space can be a powerful cue in itself—and how to distill your words down to what truly matters, inviting your clients into their own intelligence and discovery.

03

THE TOUCH

Discover how intentional, respectful touch can transform a session. You’ll learn how tactile cues activate neuromuscular pathways, build trust, and support safe, effective movement. This section includes trauma-informed principles so your touch feels like an invitation, not an imposition—empowering, subtle, and deeply connected.

ARE YOU READY TO STEP INTO MASTERY?

You've studied the anatomy, memorized the sequences, and shown up for the trainings—but Teaching with Precision is where you step into mastery.

Because what keeps clients coming back isn’t just your playlist or your sequencing—it’s how they feel in your presence. Do they feel seen? Safe? Empowered? This workshop is about cultivating the skillset and emotional intelligence to create those transformations with precision, clarity, and artistry.

“Working with Missoni Lanza has completely elevated the way I approach teaching. What I love most about working with her is her thoughtful pacing and precision. Every cue is intentional, and every sequence has a purpose. Her deep understanding of anatomy and mind-body education allows her to craft classes that feel not only intelligent but also incredibly effective.

Missoni doesn’t teach cookie-cutter Pilates. She teaches with the individual and the environment in mind. Her mentorship has helped me develop customized programming specific to the studios I teach at, which has led to consistent waitlists for my classes and has made me a highly sought-after instructor in my community.

Unlike other training experiences that can feel rushed or overly generalized, Missoni’s sessions are curated, sophisticated, and methodical. You leave her class feeling like you worked exactly what you set out to and despite the exhaustion, somehow you’re already excited to come back and do it again.

If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. Missoni’s mentorship is a game-changer. She’s the kind of teacher who not only teaches you how to teach better, but how to think better as a movement professional.”
